Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong item or a product that was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos for review.

After verification, we may provide a replacement only if the issue is confirmed to be caused during shipping or fulfillment.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or processed.
